Just got the car running about a month ago. Trying to figure out where my motor is comfortable at. Its a 67 camaro, 468ci, 13:1 compression, 725 lift comp mechanical roller, 1050 dominator, Brodix heads/intake, weights 3200lbs. Car is only set at 32 degrees total right now. Feels great pulls hard to 7200+rpm but I know it has more in it. I was planning on setting the timing at 38 degress @ 3000rpm but I thought I'd ask first. Does anyone have a similare build or any suggestions?? Thanks for the help

As long as detonation isn't a problem, go ahead and try it. Take it to the strip and try it at 32, 34, 36, and 38 and see how she acts. From your combination, I'll bet you end up at 38 degrees.

Wow sounds like a heck of a motor and assumsion is that you are running grape juice (VP) for fuel?
