We have been in the biz 10+ years, we carry just about every brand WORTH carrying. We have learned over the years what manufactures offer the support you should get when spending your money!

We can offer discounts on just about anything out there and have earned a VERY high amount of respect for the way we do business from our suppliers and customers. Ask around....

We won't take your $$$ and not send the order to the supplier, we don't rob Peter to pay Paul, we are very financially stable and are capable of taking orders from $20 to over 20k which we have on many occasions. Our suppliers know us well and take good care of us. Check around and see what we are about then call or PM for pricing on whatever it is you need, we carry over 200 brands.

We have no logistics issues as other vendors have had, we sell parts period. Good service, good prices, good brands!

Most guys on The forums have done their research, spent hours and hours on here getting possibly more confused because everyone has an opinion.......if you need advise we have it, if you just want a deal on your parts we have that too! My wife Kim has run the business with me from day ONE, we started it just a few months before we got married, buying and selling classics, working on them ect. She KNOWS her parts and as we have been told one of the most highly respected females in the business!

Most of the senior members here know us, we have a VERY good system of order taking, billing, drop shipping and following up on orders. We answer our phones because thats our job, to be here for those who want parts, its simple.

Because we have been at it so long it makes it MUCH easier to resolve issues if they do arise, as you all know sometimes they do! Our suppliers actually LIKE doing business with us and go the extra mile to make sure our customers get the prompt service we REQUIRE of them, we expect nothing less from them and you should expect nothing less as well!

Thanks

Matt

I think Matt is probably talking about issues of another vendor....and I'm pretty sure I know who.

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words!!! Nobody said anything, i was just trying to let everyone know what we do and how we do it. This industry is VERY screwed up right now, soooo many issues with dealers causing problems for the rest of us....its just a mess but manufactures are talking about cleaning house soon, finally. I think customers will start to see many changes in the new year in this business, prices, ect....we as dealers have to EARN the right to sell parts by providing good service, not forcing the customers to call the manufactures and complain about not getting parts, orders not getting placed, ect. The manufactures discount the parts to US therefore WE do the work....and we do...this is why we have lasted 10 years in this crazy business.

We don't require group purchases, those days are pretty much gone now.

We offer the best discounts we can being respectful to the customers wallet and the value of the manufactures product. There is a FINE balance there.

 Thanks for the clarification Matt.

Glad to hear some of the vendors are finally tightening up their distribution terms and using a proven dealer network to represent their parts :hurray:
I imagine what initially looked like an additional link to getting their products sold is turning out to be more work than it's worth due to customer dissatifaction with the vendor when it was the 'sellers' screw-up that caused the problem ...
In this day of instant communication, all it takes is one site/forum post trashing a product to impact it's acceptance, perception, reputation or future sales - once this is started it's had to reverse and correct the public view ...

I support your comments and hope folks will realize that "Price" is far from the most important 'Value' of doing business with a given supplier :noway:

I personally NEVER have/will do business with the Ebain/Craigsfleece guys that are doing this as a 'Hobby' business
They've got no 'skin' in the game and no reason to try to retify an issue most times - all they did was call someone to ask them to ship you something
They didn't receive and inspect it, pack it or ship it - so it's not "their fault" ...

If a supplier doesn't have a store-front or business address ("skin" ;) ) I can visit and take any concerns to, then I don't do business with them - period!
And, realizing that costs $$$ - I expect to have to pay a little more than some one who sits at he workbench in their garage emailing orders to a vendor, and it's worth it

As always JMHO's

I have made several orders with Matts Classic Bowties over the last couple of years. I have always talked with Kim, and she has always been fantastic! She's knows more about Camaros than most guys I know. I understand they have to make a profit to stay in business, and I feel like Matts Classic Bowties understands that I need to save a little money when possible. I have always gotten great prices and service from Kim! I don't buy anything for my Camaro without asking Kim what her price is! It's a great place to do business with! Good People!
