What we have here is a 502 big block running an ATI procharger 1200BR at 12 pounds of intercooled boost through a barry grant silverclaw 1000cfm reaction time carb. We're running 108 jets square and the thing still runs lean on the high end.
It was suggested to us by a few people to go down .003 or .004 on the size of the high speed air bleeds. Stock size is .031. We were told this would richen it up quite a bit?
Does anyone have any thoughts or information on this? Such as if it will help, where to get pre-drilled air bleeds etc etc.
The BG carb does have screw in bleeds... we think they are the standard 10/32 but we are not sure.. so if anyone has any experience with BG carbs and knows what size the bleeds are let me know too please.
any other ideas are greatly appreciated too!
Thanks for your help everyone.
