I have a 68 camaro with a 327, Saginaw 4-speed. Clutch all of a sudden feels like it isn't disengaging, I had tried adjusting the clutch and no matter how much i adjust it and how good the clutch pedal feels it is still the same result. The car going into ever gear smoothly and takes off when the clutch is let out, however when I "try" to accelerate the egine revs but the car will sit still and slowly get up to speed. There isn't a burning smell or anything that is coming from the clutch, but it almost acts as if there is fluid or something getting on it causing the problem. I checked the oil and it isn't low at all so I don't have an oil leak. Any help or ideas on where to look would be great.
Thanks,
Travis

welcome to TC!

Kinda sounds like your clutch is shot.

yeah after some more checking I think its time for a new clutch. I'm getting ready to pull the motor out and put a new one in. I will post back after I get it in and let you know the results. I hope this solves the problem.
