69 camaro auto trans -When in drive with foot on brake at idle ,after 15-20 seconds car starts reving up front tires are stationary,back wheels start spinning.When i let foot off brake it goes back to idling.What is going on?

Check your motor mounts. You may have a broken one that is causing the engine to twist and move the accellerator rod. Try your power braking test while someone looks under the hood.

Those throttle linkages are good for somethings (as opposed to cables) - troublshooting motor mounts. Although it can be a hair-raising experience.
