I have a 1969 Camaro with converted disc brakes from 1972 Nova. Each time you oush the brake the left caliper locks up until you push the reset button on Prop-Valve. I have replaced the caliper,M/C, hose, and prop valve. Any thoughts?

The 'reset button' is not a reset button. It is the metering valve plunger. When a certain amount of pressure exceeds the capabilities of the internal spring, pressure to the front brakes will be applied. In other words, it's the 'hold off' valve.

You will get much more information on this in the Brakes and Suspension area.

Are you sure you hooked up the lines in the correct manner? They are not the same as the '67-9 proportioning valve.

Everything appears to hooked up correctly. Someone suggested that the valve in the front of the M/C might be the problem. I will check that out first. Thanks for your help.
