I recently had my turbo 350 rebuilt in my 1978 Z28. It has an aftermarket shift kit with a 2000 RPM stall. I am experiencing shfting problems as follows: When in drive the trans only shifts once (second to third). When in L2 the trans shifts from first to second (normal) and then when I shift manually into D it shifts to third. The vacuum modulator is an adjustable type (small set screw inside the vacuum port). I have 15" of vacuum at the modulator. Ideas?? I am not much of an automatic trans person (68 has a four speed)!!!

first check your vaccum to the modulator,make sure hose isn't colapsed,and is the detent cabel (kick down cabel) hooked up and adjusted properly ?...good luck http://www.camaros.net/forum/wink.gif
