I am repainting and doing body
work on my 69, and i noticed that
the covers dont work., well i was hopeing
instead of having to work with all that
vaccum "crap" i was hoping on bieng able
to replace it with an electerical motor
solution, does anybody know where i can get
this setup for a 69 rs?

Man have you bitten off quite a bit.. I do not know of any company that has manufactured an electric motor kit that would replace all the vacuum actuation parts that you currently have. I do know that I will be doing exactly what you are talking about but I will be using one power window motor and fine wire (cables) to actuate both doors. I will be using the "limit-switch" method and obviously a DPDT relay to accomplish this. It will work off the headlight switch just as the factory meant it to. If you have some other ideas, please share them as I know that we are not the only two here that want a better (reliable?) system. The cost to repair or replace problems with the factory system is out of line with my budget (read=no money).

I am not sure what all you guys have checked to see what the source of the doors not working are, but the 68-69 style are just vacuum operated. Chances are, you just have a vacuum leak. Use a gauge to narrow this down to see where the leak starts. Maybe start with the source at the intake manifold and work your way to the headlight switch, then on to the reservoir mounted relay. Anyway, replacing vacuum lines is not real expensive and eliminates a common cause. At least you don't have a '67 with electric motors, now that gets expensive.
PS: Classic Industries has a hose kit with color coded hoses cut to correct lengths and sizes along with installation instructions for about $70. Thats a bit on the expensive side, but should be cheaper then building your own electric operated system.

Well having all thoses vacum hoses in there
is kinda messy, i wanted to be able to
run 2 electical moters, and use the relay
switch to open and close them.,
the hoses have been mangled, the intake
manifold isn't the stock so im not sure if this manifold has the fetures to support
those hoses., i just feel that it would be
alot cleaner to just run those 2 moters with
an eleteric moter instead of the vaccume hoses all over the front end. but i might
just have to do like you say and buy the setup from. (wherever)

I too have a 69 RS and was considering getting a Master Power electric vacuum pump and wiring that to the headlight switch. It would control the current vacuum acutators and reserve tank. Make any sense?
