Hi, when I was changing the spark plugs on my newly acquired 69 Camaro (350, powerglide, base) I found out that the distributor is lose. I can swivel it around about 2 inches. Unfortunately, there is no markings that I have found yet that tell me where it is suppose to line up.
And now the car doesn't start. I have been doing alot of work on the car in the past two weeks and haven't started it since (Electrical, body, but nothing mechanical). So I'm not sure if its the distributor, probally is, or something else.
Also, the plate that is over the bottom of the dist does not seem right. it's Chrome and it doesn't seem to fit exactly right. I tightened it down a little but it did not stop the moving of the dist.
Any suggestions??
