I have an 84 Z28 and I took the power steering box out and I put a manual steering box in my problem is with the pitman arm the spline out of the box is a smaller diameter than the pitman arm and the pitman arm from the manual box is to short to reach the center link do you have any sugestions to help me fit a smaller diameter pitman arm with the same lengh as the original pitman arm thaqnks.

Wrecking yard shopping time.I once took a 605 PS box arm and grafted it to a 800 box arm.The 605 box has a smaller diameter output shaft. The box is easy to spot,it has a snap ring that holds on the top cover.I dont know if it's the same size, might be.

Take a look at a second gen pitman arm, it might work and I believe manual steering was available.
This is a "non wear" part meaning there is no joint in the end so Moog or other parts vendors may not have one. You might get lucky at your chevy dealer.
Or try a wrecking yard.
