does anybody know how many 69 pacecars came with L-78's and L-89's. would appreciate any info. thanks

Chevrolet never released production totals for option combinations, like Z11/L78 or
Z/28 RS. Certain publications like to quote production figures for rare combinations such as these but the truth is no one knows, probably not even Chevrolet. Statistical estimates do not provide facts.

Unless Chevrolet provides the entire 1969 Camaro production database for us to sort to our liking, we will not know.

I would GUESS no L-89's and 25 L-78's.

In addition to the actual pace cars a CRG member has seen another documented 69 L89 pace car. So there are at least 3 L89 Z11s.
