Hello,
I have a 502 Big Block chevy with a Procharger 1200 BR. I have previously run the charger stright to the carb, the car ran great- no problems at all!! I currently installed a Spearco intercooler rated at 1400 CFM. I have run into two problems since the addition of the intercooler.
1. I have surging going on, I recently installed a Bosch Pro Flow valve, this aided a little bit. I am not sure if it is located in the best postion. It also has some adjustment. Procharger sent no info with it. So I am in the dark, they said they have no brochure or nothing on them.

2. When I instantly mash the gas pedal the car stumbles and never recovers. I am sure that I am jetted right. Never had this problem when charger was routed directly to carb (no intercooler).

I thought maybe someone may know something on this matter due to all the Prochager superchargers with intercoolers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also have a website with several pictures that show how I currently have it set up.

Chad, sounds to me like it's lean. This is not a good thing on a blown engine. I recommend you find some way to fatten the thing up before long, supercharged engines give very little warning before cooking off a piston or two. Such a bummer when that happens.
