My truck jumps out of fifth gear everytime I try to engage it. I have adjusted the clutch but it still do the same thing. All other gears work fine, however, it take a few second before the clutch pedal will release from the floor. Any recommendation will be Helpful.

5th gear synconizers are worn.The lugs on sync. rings and the gear lugs are rounded off letting it slip out.
