I'm having problems. My cooling fan does no come on when my car is running. It only comes on when the A/C is on. I know it's not the fan motor. Could it be the the cooling fan switch? If it is, where is the switch located? How do I know if my car has a fan clutch?

Your fan is controlled by a temperature sensor that could be found on the engine or radiator itself. My guess is that there is a sensor on the head or intake that controls the fan. You have ascertained by the air conditioning that the fan is okay.
You did not mention the year of camaro either which is a dianosis problem, because in later models the computer controls the fan which it determines from temperature.
