I own a 1996 v6 camaro and lately it has been heating up unusually in stop and go traffic. I don't believe anything is leaking. The top fan (passenger side) doesn't always seem to come on. I was wondering what the normal operating temperature is in stop and go traffic. I took it to Goodyear and they said that I had a leak in my water pump and radiator... but I don't believe them because I've never noticed it leaking and he said that the radiator was leaking green coolant, but I know that my car takes orange coolant and the body of my car happens to be green...

Casey, Turn your A/C on and see if the fan runs, it should. If you have two fans both should run.
The fan motor may be going bad, common problem.
Other things that could be happening, thermostat sticking, coolant temperature sensor going bad (you need a scanner to see what value this is sending to the PCM), radiator clogged internally, make sure there are no leaves, dirt, etc. on the outside front of the radiator.
