my friend has a performer series carb on his 355, and his secondary's will not open, his throttle linkage will not ever move far enough back to open them, it will stop when the primary's is open and will not go any more, i could not see anything in the way of it or anything missing. i think its something internal? but i dont know? any ideas on whats going on?

I would think there operated by vacuum so they should stay closed. If they move by using your finger and dont stick than they should be fine.
