Just finishing off this 69 Conv. RS. Since I bought it apart theres been a lot of stuff missing.

Ques: Are there any (vinyl?) moldings that go under the header immediately to the left and right of the rear view mirrors ? It seems like there should be two moldings going from the mirror over to where the sunvisor mounting plate (where top latch hooks) on each side , it's seems like these ought to be similar to the foam/vinyl interior pillar posts ?

Seems like it would radiate the cold in the winter with nothing there , I can't imagine GM leaving this bare.

I've never really looked up there on a Camaro , I know other GM conv's. I've done have always had something to trim this off , otherwise the actual underside of the windshield frame is exposed when you move the visors.

Anyone got any pics or an assembly pic of the windshield area ?

Daytona Yellow / Yellow houndstooth 350-4 speed Conv. A/C , almost done !

The top of the windshield is covered with the chrome moulding. the bottom between this and the glass is just body metal that is painted. I can't remember if it is body color or black. Do a search I believe the color was defined. There is no cloth cover.
