The wipers on my 68 Camaro work great but they do not stop in the correct position. When you turn off the wipers they always return to the same location which is about 8 inches further up than they should and block my view. I have changed the wiper motor and that did not change anything. Any suggestions?

You will need a tool to pull the wiper arms. Then put them back on in the correct position
