I have a fairly new clutch. With the car is in neutral, the clutch chatters unless the pedel pushed in. Lately it won't go into gear unless you rev the motor a little.
Any ideas on what could be the problem??

Lengthen the lower clutch rod that presses against the fork until the throw-out bearing chatter goes away. There should be plenty of adjustment once you back off the lock nut on the lower clutch rod.
