Here is what I was able to gather.
12437 = Coupe V8
NOR = Norwood assembly
TR 714 = Yellow Houndstooth Int.
76 76 BDY PNT = Daytona Yellow Paint (upper and lower)
09C = built 3rd week of September
X11 = base car

'69 Z11 Pace Car, 350/4 speed

X-11 would include style trim...wheel trim, louvres, bright accents (chrome) throughout.

That's Sept 1969, later production car.
Not too many cars with that interior.
Could you also post your VIN?

It matches the trim tag fine. Unfortunately it doesn't tell us much more than it's a V8.

If you want to figure out what it was originally:
Disc brakes?
1 or 2 fuel lines?
Any original drivetrain?
