I couldn't find a IHU, but if it really says HU:

1965 HU 327ci h/p,hylft,a/c,m/t 350hp 4-barrel Vette

1969 HU 350ci Powerglide 255hp 4-barrel full size

'69 Caprice 350 built at Janesville; the "I" before the "HU" signifies a "1" in the date code.
