Thanks for the help with previous. Need a little more if possible. Here is more info on my 69 camaro.
VIN 124379N626381
ST12437NOR301475BDY
TR729 67EPNT
03E X11
Front disc brakes, 12 bolt rear end (code BL0403G1), Other codes I found on Rear end.
GM56 389486ONF Has SS emblems with factory AC, Power steering and brakes, hideaway head lights, and ss tail lights, 2 fuel lines. The original engine and transmission are long gone.I would like to restore to original and need to know if it was automatic or 4 speed.

SS tail lights? What do you mean? Are the back up lights below the rear bumper?
With the two fuel lines...it could've been an SS350 or SS396 (325 or 350 hp). You can tell the type of tranny from where the speedo cable comes into the car but I am unsure how.
Somebody else have the specifics?

X11 indicates it was the 300/350.
If there is a small hole in the trans tunnel, it is for an automatic shifter cable. A larger hole (maybe 4" x 6") would indicate a manual trans. There would also be 4 small screw holes for the shift boot hold-down plate around the hole.

What does the car have in it for pedals?

My bad, William....you are correct.
I forgot about the X code listed....
If it is and SS, it was an SS-350.
Steve
If it ever had a stick in it you'll find a big hole where it came through the floor...

When I bought the car it had a 4-speed but the transmission tunnel was chopped up and the console was not in the original position. I have both sets of pedals for the car. Would the value of the car be increased if it had a 69 ss350 engine in it (it wouldn't be the original).
