Hello all,
I was looking at my 4053 DZ carburetor and the metering block numbers. They are 4519 & 5271. I know the 5583 was used on the 4053 carbs but 5271? Do I have the wrong metering block?

I've never heard of the '69 4053 DZ using anything other than the 4519 and the 5583 metering blocks. Maybe sombody knows for sure........I don't. They come up on ebay every now and then if you decide to look for one.
