Ok like the other post I made.... I got it home and want to find out FOR SURE that my motor is oringinal. The VIN and ENGINE code that is near the oil filter....Can it only be seen after the bell housing is pulled away from the block ???? I have a picture that I downloaded from the net that says its on the back of the block....If this is right then I will have to pull the bellhousing away from the block to see it RIGHT ? Well anyway....I am going to rebuild the brakes first so I can play with it some before the restore.... Look again at the pics I sent you. Both have the VIN location indicated, it's on the side of the block, not the rear.
