5Z(This was hard to read)

The car has cloth seats(deluxe maybe). Needs full interior,motor,trans,hood,quarter panels
rear window, left fender,dash pad,the whole dash(gauges,vents,ash tray ect....Trunk good light surface rust. It has drums all the way around. Automatic on the floor. VERY ROUGH

The 68 camaro

06D
68-12437NOR

This car has new front clip, fiberglass cowl hood.No seats,motor,trany(from what I can see it was a colum shift auto),Needs lights front and rear(I mean all the lights,every thing)this car is just about rust free.

You can't go wrong for 600 bucks, period. I'm sure you realize that. It looks like the 67' is an SS car, probably a real diamond in the rough. Yea, that would be cool, to say that you had one of each year. Where did you say these cars were located? Some guys have all the luck....... http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif KZ

I can decode the 67 for you.

1 = Chevrolet
2 = Camaro
4 = 8-cylinder engine
37 = coupe body
7 = 1967 model year
N = Norwood, OH assembly plant
22693_ = vehicle serial number sequence

Decode for body number: 127284

No Build date given.
67-12437 = Standard Interior Coupe.
NOR = Built in Norwood Ohio.
No trim style was given.
No seat style was given.
F-F = Car Color is Marina Blue

Options:
2L = (M20 or M21) 4-speed floor shifter
2G = (D55) Console front compartment
2U = (U57) Tape Player
2S = (U73) Antenna Manual right rear
3L = (Z22) Rally Sport Package
4P = (L48) SS 350 or (L30) 327-275H
5Z = (A85) Shoulder harness - Deluxe

You left off the last digit of the vin. You also did not give the top line on the trim tag (build date and intior color). You also left off the trim code (color and style of the seats).

The seats were never cloth in 67. There were two styles of vinyl though. Yours is the standard style.

It is possible that this car is an SS but you need to check to be sure. What side of the steering column does the speedometer cable passes through the firewall on (drivers or passenger)?

First off, buy them. The 68 is worth that much.
Daniel, got the 67 stuff right (of course!). Could you post the corrected VIN and missing trim tag info when you get a chance?
12 bolt under the car?

On the 68, could you repost the NOR #? It had an extra digit.
Gold with gold interior.
What rear is under this car?
