i am looking for a ss hood for my 68.
are the repo hoods from ricks 1st gen. any good? they are made by goodmark.
how differant in quality from gm?

The fit and quality is excellent. The only difference is in some of the underside bracing. The repro hood is somewhat lighter than the original also.

You can't go wrong with Ricks first Gen

I purchased a goodmark "SS" Hood & the bracing had moved a little on the right side. i called the Supplier & they had Goodmark call me & the Goodmark Rep. Steven replaced the hood with no Hassles. He pulled one & them & personally checked it. I'll have it Tommorrow. I'll let you know on it.
