I doubt it, these look to be just foundry mold numbers and have very little to do with how the block was later machined at the engine plant.

The numbers that will identify it are the block casting number (behind driver's side cylinder head), casting date (behind pass. side cylinder head), and the numbers stamped on the machined pad just in front of the pass. side cylinder head. Post these and we can ID it for you.
