WRN= Willow Run. Probably a Chevy II.

Thanks found this in a box of stuff I got at a swap met,he did have alot of chevy 2 stuff.

E=???
st68-11469= 1968 4 door sedan/8 cylinder
WRN 61675= Willow Run MI-production sequence
733= black vinyl seats
A-A= Tuxedo Black.
