I Have No Cowl Tag On My 69 Camaro IS There Any OTher Way To Find Out What MY Car IS WEll I kNow That IT was A 6 cylinder From The Vin Number

If you can tell from the vin# it was a 6 cyclinder, that eliminates it being any of the performance models....ie....Z28, SS/350, SS/396, RS/SS etc......If it has the hideaway headlights, it's probably an RS. Sounds like you just have a base model, 6 cyclinder car to me. You might be able to find the build sheet, if you are looking for what options the car came with.....they were sometimes located above the gas tanks in the LA built cars, other not so obvious places on the Norwood built cars........anyway, good luck!

I found a production sheet with options and the same info as the cowl tag stuffed up in my headliner... I dont know how it got there, but there it was...
