I want to check another lie on my car, how do I tell if the "numbers match" some 69 dude told me the other day at the carshow that the number on the block will match the last 4 of my vin #, another told me its on my body tag so now I am confused. If I get the body tag info and the block numbers can anyone tell what its supposed to be?

Yes. Get the block numbers stamped on the pad under the alternator, vin number, and cowl tag info and we can go from there. Also it would be the last six, not four digits of the vin with a prefix of 9 N or L then the six digits. 9N123456
