Picked up a motor on the weekend and want to verify some info.
the block casting is 14016379. block serial #VG025832. #'s on both sides of the block are CFD 379.
Also came with a flex plate with a # 3978456N and it measures 14 1/8 inches dia.
Any info is greatly appreciated. smile.gif

The only thing that I find is the casting number. 14016379 = 1978-85 350, for car or truck.
