Try www.broadwaytitle.com (http://www.broadwaytitle.com) ... but be aware, there are issues. Not with Broadway specifically, but with title services in general. You will have to have INSURANCE, and sign a POWER OF ATTORNEY to have Broadway process your title request.

Also, due to title law changes by state legislatures, Broadway title is no longer able provide its service to residents of certain states. Kentucky is an example. The list is up to about 7 states where they can no longer help you with their title service. I can't remember if Virginia is on "that" list.
Remember, you will not get a title from Broadway title. You will get an Alabama "license receitp". Cars 1975 and older in Alabama do not have titles, only license receipts. You take the complete paperwork from Broadway title including the license reciept to "your" local title office and register the car with their paperwork.
The reason that Broadway title cannot help residents of certain states is due to this fact that you do not receive a title but a license receipt. Changes in state law in the effected states will no longer accept a license receipt for registration.
For more information concerning "what the hell I mean" by license receipt and the Alabama automobile registration process, go the State of Alabama website and look under Department of Transportation or Department of Safety.

I got into this about five year's ago , my car came from new york , new york did not start printing title's till after the auto maker's quit making car's :D 1973 , so when I got my 67 all I got was a registration ?? I was able to register it without any trouble but it is hard to explain , I am sure they are other states like this as well
