Nothing in the #'s tells you.
If you answer some questions, we should be able to help:
Front disc or drum brakes ?
1 or 2 fuel lines?
10 or 12 bolt rear axle? Monoleafs or multileafs?
Any of the drivetrain original?

Well with the drums all the way around, I would feel it is safe to say the car is most likely a base car (not a Z or SS). The Mono leaf and 10-bolt also support this.

The drums confirm it is not a SS or Z. The single fuel line and monoleafs with that build date mean it was a 327, not the LM1 350.
Is the engine original or replaced?
The rearend has a code on it which will confirm if it is original to the car and tell you the ratio. It's on the axle tube. See the CRG website under decoding for a good sketch of the location.
