I think they're supposed to be 3973487X. I couldn't find 3978487X.

3973487x 75cc 2.02/1.94 1.60/1.50 1968-73 Corvette LT1 350

It was a "3"..not an "8"..Another part of the puzzle solved. Now if I could only find the code on my rear axle!

Do you know where to look? Get a good stiff brush, some carb cleaner/sandpaper and go to town on the front edge of that passenger side axle tube. The stamping is tiny!
