Out of curiosity, I pulled the head covers off my 396 to take a peak. Someone help me with the numbers.

Passenger Head: 3993820 GM12T K25 / 70

Driver Head: 3993820 GM4T K24 / 70

The engine block code is T0711ET (I think) its pretty hard to make out the code.

Those are 1971 402/300hp and 454/365hp heads.
They came on Passenger, Chevelles, Camaro, Vettes
Open chamber, oval ports. Decent heads

Dated November 24 and 25 1970. doesnt look like they match the date of your block.
