Hello.
I'm new to this board (like you couldn't tell) and new to Camaro ownership. Actually I'm an import from the team Chevelle site where I once owned a 70 Chevelle SS.
Anyway I just purchased a 67 Camaro that decodes as a RS/SS 396 3spd. I hope? Below is my cowl tag info and vin#. Please verify the vin# with the cowl tag and build date.

Thanks!
Dave

I also verified the partial vin on the passenger side cowl before purchase.

Thanks for the info. This car is a work in progress. Currently it has a Muncie 4sp and the incorrect 396 installed. No build sheet or POP to speak of but possibly the tank has not been dropped and I will do that this fall once the restoration starts. Currently the car is black but with primer spots, new sheet metal and missing trim. The interior is almost all there but someone before me must have liked shag carpet but the seats are in very good condition.
I have taken some digitals and hope to download them soon.

Thanks!
Dave
