Found the info on your BB heads:
1971 Open Chambered used on 402/240 and 454/270.

My Chevrolet by the numbers book 70-75 doesn't show this head. It doesn't show any head with the # starting with 6.

Is this a truck head?

The info I found didn't state TRUCK. Since it doesn't, I assume that they were used on cars.
