Trying to document the trans in my 69 Z now... I pulled one number off of it today (0ff the passenger side) it was 3857584GM...can I get any info from this # ? Where are the other codes ? Anyone know where there is a pic on the net showing the trans ID locations ? I love pictures :)

Mark Id recommend you take some time and go to www.camaros.org (http://www.camaros.org) and read every page of every link they have. Pictures, comments, charts, pretty much everything you need is there. If you get stuck on something feel free to ask away. We all learn so much in here but half the fun is remembering you read it or saw it and you refer back and answer your own question. The learning process will never end on a Camaro.
