I would like to know if the engine in my car is original. Where do I find the vin # of the car? The engine is supposed to be the original 327 (number on front passenger side of block is VI031EE).

The VIN on a '67 should be in the front drivers side door jamb (by the hinges)....

If it's a EE code it's not a 67 327 could be very late but I doubt it.
Should be MA MB MF MK ML MM MN.

Those would be the series for that year.

The EE is a 68 Camaro 327 275 hp w/ Powerglide tranny. Nice engine though.
