I HAVE A 69 CONV. THAT HAS A VN ON THE COWL TAG . THE CODE THAT I HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT IS : JO86 IT COULD BE THE LETTER "O" OR THE NUMBER 0 BUT ANY WAY WHAT IS THIS CODE AND OR WHAT DOES IT MEAN THANKS JOEL
