I can`t find all the numbers I got off of my block on this site. The number I got off of the rear of the motor is 3932386 and the number I got off of the front passenger side just below the cylinder head is V0815HQ.
What is it?

The 3932386 is the casting number for the 350 and 302 block used in 69 from August, 1968 to January, 1969. Barely 6 months!

The "HQ" is for Nova, Chevelle and Camaro 350/255 with either a 3 speed or 4 speed. The "V0815" is the Final Assembly Plant ("V"=Flint, Mich) and the date it was assembled ("0815" or August 15, 1968).

The "V" is for the Flint Engine plant, not the final assembly plant; the final assembly plant is indicated by one of the digits in the stamped VIN derivative.
