I have a Holley "DZ" carb that I bought 17 or 18 years ago.......believe it or not, it was on an old pickup that a guy I worked with drove and he was having problems with the truck and asked me to take a look. When he popped the hood and pulled the air cleaner, I couldn't believe my eyes!

Anyway, I was going through my old parts and ran across this carb.......the numbers are as follows:

3923289-DZ
LIST 4053
281

Forgive my ignorance, but isn't the 281 the date code? If so, what does it mean??

The front block is numbered 5583 and the rear is 4519, are those numbers correct?

What would this carb be worth? It appears to be unmolested.
