HAVE A VIN NUMBER. CAR IS TITLED AS A 68 BUT NOT REALLY SURE.68-12437NOR139309 CAN ANYONE HELP

That's the trim tag production code. The VIN should be something like 124378N1234567.
Look at the 6th digit, that is the year of the car.

That appears to be the top line of the cowl tag for a 68, not the vin number. For 67 the vin is on the drivers door post near the hinges. 68 and beyond it is on top of the dash in front of the driver seen through the windshield. Why do you think it is a 67 possibly? The body styles between the 67 and 68 are very similiar. Post the rest of the numbers from the cowl tag located next the the master cylinder on the firewall and the actual vin and we can tell you more.

the vent windows do it for me, also , if you think its a 67 and someone just put 68 doors on it, check out the cowl tag, 68's dont have the option codes at the bottom.
