Any idea where this rally wheel is from?

</font> "6" on one side of valve stem, "43" on the other;</font> "14x6 JJ" on the rim, tiny "8" nearby</font>My Chevy By The Numbers says that all wheels had letter codes starting in 1965, so maybe this is pre-65? Unfortunately, my CBTN book only covers 65-69.

Does it have a Kelsey Hayes mark on it?
If not could be a knock-off, they are around.
Look around in the center section (by lug holes) to see if you can find more marks and/or a date code.
