I own an X-33 and it no longer has the hidden headlights. I figure someone must of hit something at some point and replaced with open lights. My question, are all X-33 Rally Sport? I have seen a lot of X-33's at shows, ebay and elsewhere that do not have the Rally Sport taillights, backup lights or hidden lights. Is everyone deleting these items?

The X33 does not say that it is only a Z22 option. The X33 is a Z28 with either Z21 or Z22. So your car may be a Z28 with the Z21 option. You might want to check our this site for more info: http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#XnnCodes
Hope this helps,

Hey BUD,
Does your car have the back up light mounted below the bumper in the rear valence? If not, then that is a very good sign that the car is a Style trim Z.... not a RS Z.

It does have the lower rear back up lights and still has one actuator bracket attached. The inner fender well has the large hole for the lever to pass through.

Sounds like you are the proud owner of a real RS/Z28

Does the headlight switch have vaccum ports/hoses?
