I have just purchased a '69 Camaro.
It has a crate engine in it. I would like to
know if it is a 327 or 350. The SN#CE0B00232
and the casting number is 3970010

It's a 350 warranty replacement engine assembled in February, 1970; unlikely that it's a 327, as only 1968 327's used the 3970010 block.
