You need to post the info off of the trim tag behind the master cylinder on the fire wall for colors, engines and option codes. The VIN just tells you its a V-8 coupe.

Check your data again. LCS should be LOS. There should be a date code at upper left. The K107 is probably the sequence code at upper right. The 750 is probably 760-Z, which means black standard buckets. R-R means red exterior. W means tinted windshield. 2MG means console shifted powerglide. The lack of a 4 code on a car this late indicates a 327 engine, but since it has a powerglide we can't tell from the trim tag which of the two 327s it had.

Your tag should like something like the following, where the 03B is my guess at the missing date code.
