Appears to be a 68 Camaro engine-18N459929
Build date V0531
Engine code is hard to make out; FF? FE? EE?
I can't find any 68 code starting with "F".
The closest suffix code that I can find is EE (68 Chevelle-ChevyII 327/glide). However wouldn't the "N" designate this as a Camaro engine?

Any ideas?

The Ebay ad says 18V459929...Not N..Or am I missing something?

Panther look at the V again. I think it just might be a N. The V shoule have the bottom of it more centered and in line with the rest of the numbers. Lookes like the left leg of the N never stamped right

I'm looking at the ad..not the engine..anyway, the VIN sequence # is too high for a May built Camaro..It would have to be a car that Chevy built more of than a Camaro..Like an Impala, or Chevelle..

I think the VIN could be close for an early June car. My car is 05C, and the VIN is 439200

If you look close the last 2 letters could be FH which is a 1969 327cu 235hp 2bbl motor.

Date and VIN look fine.
Code has to be EE.
