Got to have another one....I am looking at at 67 RS (I think) and need some help verifying it. I have the vin# 124377L144913
I have some / most of the cowl numbers... what would I look for to prove it is a factory RS ? Are the engine codes below the pass cyl heads on a 67 ? It does have hidden headlights. Thanks guys

Cowl tag reads

11b
ST 67-12437 LOS 25087
TR 741-C N N Paint

S 253
E-2EMG-3L What is this one ?

its a V-8 coupe

741C = Red standard interior
N N Paint = Madeira Maroon exterior paint
E = Tinted galss (all)
2E = A/C
M = Powerglide tranny
G = Console
3L = RS option

check the engine for its partial VIN should be a 7L144913 next to the engine code

Thanks Much Jeff, I think the car will be a good one to restore, dont think it will have to be frame off, its in pretty good shape. What does a nice restored 67 RS with air go for ?
What type of engine do you think it should have? 327 ? 350 ? Thanks again, Do you have chat ? yahoo MSN aol ? Thanks

According to the vin the car should be a V8. The vin matches the body number, but I think the date code given (11B) is wrong. Could you recheck it?
