: 8-track stereo and protecto plate mr396 Mar 13th, 01, 09:48 AM I have a 1968 camaro conv.with an am/fm and 8-track 4 speaker stereo.my protecto plate shows the am/fm but the 8-track isn't on there.did the factory put a 8-track code on the protecto plate,or could it be dealer installed. Kurt S Mar 13th, 01, 01:02 PM They didn't code the 8 track on the POP. I just noticed we (CRG) had your VIN twice. One had the last 2 digits as 59, the other had them as 69. Which one is correct?
